Mrs Moore

Mrs Moore'The voice of a thousand fags', Mrs Moore says her career started because of the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest when Cheryl Baker ripped her skirt off. Armed with two hankies and a felt tip pen attached to a carpet sweeper a star was born!

Mrs Moore got her first taste of showbiz at the Black Cap when she joined The Dolly Mixtures with the fabulous Millie Turner and HIH Regina Fong. Millie and Moore decided you can't get enough of a good thing, so formed a double act - The M&Ms - and played all of London's seediest venues, even the quagmire of Hyde Park for Pride.

In 2007 Mrs Moore gave birth to MMTV (Mrs Moore's Transvision), Wednesday nights at the Black Cap where she performed her now legendary Shirley Bassey act with the aide of a boa. It was also the year she appeared on Richard and Judy dressed as Sophie Ellis Bextor. No word of a lie.

Mrs Moore has appeared all over the country from Butlin's Skegness to Knebworth. (Ok, the British Legion, Knebworth - but don't knock it, a gig's a gig). In recent years Mrs Moore has become a regular fixture at both the Two Brewers and Halfway to Heaven both onstage and in the DJ box. Famous for her quick wit and filthy mouth, Mrs Moore is not easily forgotten. Write it down.
